2. What areas do you service?
We provide comprehensive real estate photography, rental, commercial, and other marketing services throughout various locations, including:
- Edmonton
- Beaumont
- Fort Saskatchewan
- Leduc
- St. Albert
- Spruce Grove
- Sherwood Park
For locations within these areas, there are no additional charges. We are also willing to travel up to 400 km outside city limits for an extra charge, ensuring you receive our top-notch services no matter where your property is located.
3. How are the photos and videos delivered?
We use a premium content management system to handle the booking, delivery, and payment of all orders so that you receive your photos and videos quickly and efficiently. Once your order is ready, you will receive a link to access your media files.
4. What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround times are designed to meet the needs of the fast-paced real estate market:
- Photographs: Delivered within 24 hours after the shoot.
- Video Services: Delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.
This ensures you can start marketing your property as soon as possible.
5. Are your measurements accurate?

6. Do I pay before or after the appointment?
Payment is due upon the release of the media after we have completed the appointment. However, we understand that some clients may have different needs, so other payment arrangements can be made by request. Please contact us to discuss any special payment requirements.
7. Who owns the photos and videos?
PixelPlus Imaging retains the copyright for all photos and videos in accordance with Canadian Copyright Law (Bill C-11). When you receive media from us, it comes with a usage license valid for the duration of the current listing. Licenses are non-transferable.
8. Can another agent or brokerage reuse the media provided by PixelPlus Imaging?
No, if the original listing agreement has expired or if a different agent or brokerage is re-listing the property, the media cannot be reused. Even though payment was made for the previous listing, a new usage license must be obtained at an additional cost for any subsequent use of the photos and videos.
